So there are 3 weeks before Fashion Week begins here in NYC. I thought my blog would be on hold until then. I love when life, more like Bergdorf Goodman in this case, gives you little suprises. Like the designer winter shoes catalog online.

Forgotten Friends

Sunday night I remembered a favorite vendor of nine. I found her on this messageboard called Sparklecraft or something like it. Anyway, I remembered that Naughty Secretary Club existed and decided to look her up. LOW AND BEHOLD. Was she a sight for sore eyes. I found her blog, subscribed, found her facebook fan page and liked, found her etsy.com store and quicly favorited these

Heart Broken

Since I had to throw away 2 pairs of shoes yesterday, my job keeps eating them, I have been snooping around for a new pair. I found these while checking out a link to a different pair of shoes.

They are perfect for me. They are leopard print AND have a heart cut out. Unfortunately they only go up to size 11. Jerks.

Warm and Fuzzy Blankets

I read this romance novel where a husband bought his wife, who he thought was just his lover not his wife, a mink lined sable coat. They use the coat as a blanket when they are trapped in the woods or something. Since reading this, I have been looking for a fur blanket.

Sable Blanket. I love the color and they offer another just made of paw fur. Its only 25900 euro, which is about 4299 US dollars. A steal.

Red Fox fur blanket. Imagine the sleep you could have on that plush blanket.

I also found one for my Native American themed guest room.

As my mom would say, roasty toasty.

Stunning Shoes

I was taking a much needed stress walk today, when I stumbled upon a new store here in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn. LFSTORES is a great little chain that supplies fashionistas, with vintage, and trendy clothing in various states. I was attracted to their window because they only had Jeffrey Campbell shoes displayed. He is a favorite of mine. Even more so now because he has made a special shoe for this company called simply "Stunning". I agree.

It comes in a beige dot leather, OR faux black fur. I am partial to the latter. ;)

I know its summer and fur can be gauche in the warmer months, however, faux fur gives you the chance to continue be stunning in these warmer climates!

Royal Wedding:

I am not a royalist by any means. However, I would say that I have a healthy obsession with the royal wedding. I want to see the dress, I want to see the ring, I have to hear the vows, etc. I read an article about the dress early tonight, and it got me wondering what Kate packed for her honeymoon.

I love gowns, tiaras and all that jazz, but the thing I dream about, the thing that makes me want to be a bride more than the gown, the HUGE party in my honor, even more than the cake: The Trousseau. Technically that could be anything from a small furniture to a purse of money. My trousseau of choice is lingerie. I adore lingerie. The older the better. Silk, satin, leather lace, I love it all. I got so excited that I started trousseau shopping.

Agent Provocateur. I like the ruffles and garters!

Agent again. I love fringe. This one is something you could use again at a costume party. Bring back sweet memories. lol.

Had to throw in a lil Fredericks. I think this one is fitting for the royal wedding. It does have a train. All she has to do is make sure to wear the tiara. As a matter of fact, maybe that is all she needs to wear!
